Tammy Clary – Advisory Board Chair
Tammy has been with BeautiControl for 24 years and as a top achiever she has traveled the world and had the opportunity to do so many things that many people only dream of. When she first joined BeautiControl, she had no idea that it would become her life – but she is proud to say she is a “lifer” now! In 2004 Tammy was the W.H.O. Advisory Board Chair and it was one of the most fulfilling years she has spent with BeautiControl. She is excited to serve on the Board again and she hopes to make W.H.O. a common word for every BeautiControl Consultant and raise awareness with clients as well. She has been a supporter of the Foundation for many years and she and her team have a W.H.O. fundraiser at every team meeting. Tammy recognizes that through BeautiControl Consultants and Directors, the Foundation has touched so many lives and this is just one more reason to be a strong leader and a part of BeautiControl. |

Kyle Grinnage – Advisory Board Chair Elect In 1991, Kyle made a life changing decision to join BeautiControl and has become a sought after speaker on Image and anti-aging skin solutions. Kyle is active in her community as the Executive Director of the Miss Chesterfield Scholarship Pageant, a trustee of the Chesterfield Public Education Foundation and a member of the Chesterfield County Technical Education Advisory Council. Kyle and her team are passionate about the work of the W.H.O. Foundation and have been recognized many times as a top W.H.O. Foundation fundraising unit. Also, she and several members of her team have been awarded W.H.O. Volunteer Service Grants. During our term on this esteemed W.H.O. Stacy Atnip
Ever since Stacy joined BeautiControl in March of 2004, she has been moved and inspired by the W.H.O. Foundation. She remembers well her first Celebration, seeing the consultants who were chosen to receive the Volunteer Service Grants and the charities they worked with in their local community. It made her more aware that she could and should be doing more in her local community. As a Senior Director, she continually demonstrates her support of the Foundation through Director Commission Deduction, monthly fundraisers with her team, donating a team basket at Celebration and incorporating W.H.O. into her BeautiYou training sessions. "Just like our motto in BC is to have BC on the lips of every woman…my goal is to have the W.H.O. Foundation in the hearts of every consultant." |

Vicki Bryson
Vicki joined BeautiControl the last day of February 2003 and became a Director one year later. At that time she worked full time at the post office and would do her SPAs a couple of times per week after she finished her mail route. She got such great joy from seeing the SPA Experience help “Build Up” people in different ways. After three years she decided to leave the post office and work her BeautiControl business fulltime as her income from BeautiControl was exceeding her income from the post office. With the support of her wonderful husband, Scott, she tendered her resignation and never looked back! She has earned many trips and cars but her TRUE happiness lies in the lives that are touched and empowered through the gift of SPA! The W.H.O. has been an important part of BeautiControl for her and a few years ago she was selected as a recipient of a W.H.O. Volunteer Service Grant for “Cleaning for a Reason”. This nonprofit provides housecleaning free of charge for those that are going through cancer treatment. Vicki and her team always include a W.H.O. raffle to raise money for W.H.O. at their team rallies. Vicki is honored to be part of the W.H.O. Advisory Board and is excited about exploring the different opportunities to raise money for those less fortunate. |

Debra Cannon
In 2005, Debra joined BeautiControl and is now an Executive Director. During her term on the W.H.O. Advisory Board, Debra would like to increase Consultant and Director involvement with the Foundation, making it a basic part of every Consultant's BeautiControl experience. Debra is an avid supporter of the W.H.O. Foundation through both BeautiU, where she works diligently to have 100% of her attendees sign up for the W.H.O. Pledge, and through her Unit, where 80% of her Unit's new recruits were signed up for the W.H.O. Pledge. Her focus as an Advisory Board member will be to enhance outreach to the community, particularly in the areas of women's and children's health issues. She is a nurse practitioner, so this is an area that has always been a priority for her and she knows firsthand that the need is great. |

Foundation since she started her BeautiControl business, participating as a Unit Chairperson initially and joining the W.H.O. Walk every Celebration. Leigh Ann's goal as an Advisory Board member is to make sure that EVERY new Consultant knows the impact she or he can have on so many lives through their BeautiControl business and help them understand exactly what W.H.O. does and the importance of supporting the Foundation. "I am excited to be a part of such a giving Foundation that is so much bigger than even BC consultants can imagine. Thru this experience, I hope to gain a new love for it that will radiate at my spas and in my rallies so that we can together help people on a grander scale and MAKE a HUGE difference in this world!" |

Karen Lorenzo Karen Lorenzo joined BeautiControl in December of 2007 when her husband gave her a Christmas gift of $99 – the cost to join at that time. Her decision to take the BC journey was based on the facts that she immediately fell in love with the products and also that her current job as a nurse was not allowing her the hours she needed to spend with her small children. Once she started – she never looked back. She has since earned a Mustang, earned fabulous trips and has made friendships that will last a lifetime. She will continue her mission to help other women in whatever way she can. Karen feels, "Blessed to be part of the W.H.O. Foundation," and she plans to give back to her community in a huge way. |

Frances Ramirez Frances joined BeautiControl in November 2005, during maternity leave for her 2nd child. She had felt unfulfilled and unable to accomplish what she longed for and BeautiControl helped her find hope for a new way of life. She is now an Executive Director and has the opportunity to spend more time with her children as well as empowering women every day to find and enjoy a better life. She is always looking for a way of giving back to the community because of all the blessings her family receives from BeautiControl. W.H.O. is another way to get the message out to the public and impact more people. As an Advisory Board member, she wants to educate people about W.H.O., especially in Puerto Rico, where there is so much need and so few people that get involved. Her mission is to help promote the Foundation through increased awareness and through fundraising. Since she became a Director, she has donated to W.H.O. from her commissions and through orders and she encourages her team to do the same.
