Jasmine Harris Jasmine B. Harris, ed. d - chair
As the owner of Small Miracles Academy schools, her passion for creating a strong educational foundation for children is evident. Dr. Jasmine B. Harris has spent over 15 years in the field of education, and received her most recent formal educational training at Baylor University. She has served as a classroom teacher and administrator in the Garland and Dallas Independent School Districts, and at the Hockaday School as Director of School and Community Relations. She is currently involved with a variety of educational organizations including Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas and the Texas Parent Teacher Association (Plano Chapter). Both native Dallasites, she and her husband John have two sons, Caleb and Jayden.
   
Gary Jones Gary Jones - chair Elect
Gary Jones currently serves as Vice President of Marketing / Research and Development for BeautiControl, a subsidiary of Tupperware Brands. Gary has been instrumental in developing BeautiControl's portfolio of age defying skin care solutions, spa quality bath and body treatments and an array of trend-forward color cosmetic formulations. His vision for excellence is paralleled with his passion for helping women create the life that they always dreamed of…whether creating confidence through an improved image, providing flexibility to women by allowing them the opportunity to balance earn an unlimited income and be a full-time mom, or by offering them a lucrative career in the beauty industry. Gary is a graduate of Arizona State University, with a degree in kinesiology and joined BeautiControl in 1991 and has been a proud spokesperson and supporter of the W.H.O. Foundation since its inception.
   
Judy Mynett Ward Judy Mynett WarD - TREASURER
For the last seventeen years, Judy has served both individuals and businesses in the Dallas community as a financial advisor for New York Life and registered representative for NYLIFE Securities LLC.  Judy graduated from S.M.U. with a B.B.A.  She has been a board member of the North Texas Chapter of the National Committee on Planned Giving for the last five years and has served as their treasurer for the last four.  She continues to serve on the Planned Giving Council of the Parkland Foundation.  Judy and her husband Jim are active and vocal supporters of the local nonprofit community. 
   
Shay Wyrick Cathey SHAY WYRICK CATHEY - secretary
Shay Wyrick Cathey has a more than a decade of experience in journalism, public policy, and government relations having served as a newspaper editor, political director, and is now the Senior Policy Advisor for the Dallas County Judge. She recommends changes to county policy, monitors the Dallas County truancy court system and is the liaison for several county boards and departments. A native Dallasite, she maintains strong connections to all her alma maters; Skyline High School, Southwestern Christian College, and the University of Texas at Austin; however, she is most proud of her role as President of the SwCC National Alumni Association. She and husband Victor have three boys; five-year-old Noah and two-year-old twins Caleb and Luke.
   
Kathy H. Bailey Kathy H. Bailey
Kathy has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Business Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Additionally she is a graduate of the Advanced Business Management program at Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Kathy and her family recently returned to Texas after living in Europe for over four years. There she volunteered with non-profit organizations and served on the board of the American Women's Club of Brussels and the American Expats of North West England. She is currently an independent Change Management consultant who works with organizations to improve employee performance during times of significant change.

  Karissa Schuler
Karissa Schuler currently serves as Manager of Brand Marketing & Public Relations for BeautiControl, a subsidiary of Tupperware Brands Corporation. She manages planning for a wide range of product launches per year, helps develop product marketing and communication strategies, evaluates advertising and promotional programs, and manages company-wide social media and public relations efforts. Before coming to BeautiControl in 2010, she spent seven years at Highland Capital Management, L.P., managing marketing and advertising initiatives, where she developed and promoted their brand, products and services. Ms. Schuler is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. She is passionate about giving back and actively participates in community projects and organizations, devoting her time as a leader within the Junior League of Dallas, as well as donating time and support to organizations such as The Family Place, Community Partners of Dallas, Victims Outreach, Launchability and more.
   
Tracy Shreve Tracy Shreve
Tracy L. Shreve (Auctioneer and Chief Operating Officer of Spink Shreves Galleries, Inc.) was first introduced to the stamp auction industry when she went to work for Steve Ivy Philatelic Auctions, Inc. in 1988. Ms. Shreve rapidly scaled the corporate ladder to Vice President of Operations for what became known as Ivy, Shreve and Mader Philatelic Auctions in 1990. Managing dual locations and overseeing marketing for millions of dollars of auctions simply wasn't enough for this young entrepreneur. Ms. Shreve acquired her auctioneer's license in 1990 and quickly began crying her first sale. In 1994 she and Charles Shreve left I.S.M.P.A.I. to start a philatelic consulting firm. This endeavor blossomed into an auction company of their own where she presided over all of the auctions herself as the auctioneer. Well-known as one of the few female auctioneers, her persuasive style and adept skills have encouraged the purchase of many multi-thousand dollar items by her clients. Pursuing her love of auctions and jewelry, Ms. Shreve her first two jewelry auctions, one in Dallas and one in New York City in 1998 and 1999. She is an accomplished Graduate Gemologist. Ms. Shreve has been instrumental in funding and development for the Smithsonian National Postal Museum which unveil the completely renovated space late fall of 2013. On a more personal level, Ms. Shreve also conducts auctions for charity events such as the Dickens of a Christmas evening at the Adolphus, the Women's Council for the Dallas Arboretum and many others. She is a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters and a generous supporter of the arts with Booker T. Washington School for the Performing and Visual Arts. She has chaired the annual Gala for Greenhill School in 1994 and served on the Annual Giving Fund for Greenhill School as well. She also volunteers at her home church, Highland Park United Methodist. Currently she is attending the University of Texas at Dallas studying Psychology and Childhood Learning and Development.
Tracey Wallace TRACEY WALLACE
Tracey is a partner in the employment section of Jackson Walker, a Dallas-based law firm. She volunteers for non-profit organizations and is currently serving on the Dallas Leadership Committee for Lambda Legal. Ms. Wallace earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from Southern Methodist University.
   
Daisy Chin-Lor Daisy Chin-Lor - Executive Board Advisor
Daisy Chin-Lor is a second-generation American citizen. She grew up in Yonkers, New York and attended Hunter College, The City University of New York. Daisy is President and Managing Director of BeautiControl, Inc. Before she took on this leadership role, she served in the same capacity with Tupperware Korea, where she led the company to double-digit year over year growth. Daisy has held senior-level positions in the U.S. and Asia with such companies as Chanel, Elizabeth Arden, Avon and Tupperware. Her passion for marketing and her experience with women-centric economic opportunities make her a natural fit for the Board of Directors of the W.H.O. Foundation.
   
Cindy Turek Cindy Turek - Executive Director
Cindy Turek is a past board member of the W.H.O. Foundation and has served as its executive director for over ten years. Ms. Turek held executive positions in the corporate world for over 25 years but decided to utilize her experience to help W.H.O. further its mission of helping women and children in need. Ms. Turek has been instrumental in increasing public awareness of the W.H.O. Foundation through events such as the W.H.O. Mother's Day Children's Shopping Spree, the annual Walk for W.H.O., W.H.O. Volunteer Services Grants, W.H.O. grant program, and many other fundraising efforts. From 1992-1996, Ms. Turek served on the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation and for Attitudes & Attire which supports women back into the workforce. Ms. Turek holds a bachelor's degree in Education from Kutztown University.
