Louann Sartor - Chair Louann Sartor is president of PlainsCapital Bank Carrollton. Sartor has more than 25 years experience in bank marketing and bank business development. As president, she is in charge of acquiring new bank customers, maintaining relationships with existing bank customers, and supervising the bank’s various sponsorships and event participation throughout the community. Sartor is a graduate of both the Texas Tech School of Banking and the American Institute of Banking. She is heavily involved in her community, serving as a lifetime member of the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Metrocrest Social Services Board of Directors. She is also a founding director and current treasurer of the Carrollton Farmers Branch Educational Foundation Board of Directors. She is a past recipient of the Golden Eagle Award, the Metrocrest Citizen of the Year award and the Carrollton Woman of the Year award. |

Donna M. Coyne - CHAIR ELECT Donna M. Coyne is president of Carl Ryan Associates LLC, a management consulting firm. Prior to consulting, Ms. Coyne had a diverse career at American Airlines as a Managing Director in several areas including Marketing, Operations and Human Resources and was based in New York, Chicago and Dallas/Fort Worth. She served as chair for A.S.K. Texas, a special needs adoption agency in Ft. Worth, and has been involved in a wide variety of community and volunteer efforts. Ms. Coyne holds a degree in Business Science from Southern Vermont College in Bennington. |

Jasmine B. Harris, ed. d - Secretary As the owner of Small Miracles Academy schools, her passion for creating a strong educational foundation for children is evident. Dr. Jasmine B. Harris has spent over 15 years in the field of education, and received her most recent formal educational training at Baylor University. She has served as a classroom teacher and administrator in the Garland and Dallas Independent School Districts, and at the Hockaday School as Director of School and Community Relations. She is currently involved with a variety of educational organizations including Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas and the Texas Parent Teacher Association (Plano Chapter). Both native Dallasites, she and her husband John have two sons, Caleb and Jayden. |

Katherine A. Staton - treasurer Katherine Staton is a partner in the litigation section of Jackson Walker, a Dallas-based law firm. She is actively involved in many organizations and is currently serving as the President-Elect of the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA), and is a Program Co-Chair for IAWA’s 2009 Brussels Program. Ms. Staton received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Mary’s University and her law degree from Southern Methodist University. |

Kathy H. Bailey Kathy has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Business Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Additionally she is a graduate of the Advanced Business Management program at Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Kathy and her family recently returned to Texas after living in Europe for over four years. There she volunteered with non-profit organizations and served on the board of the American Women's Club of Brussels and the American Expats of North West England. She is currently an independent Change Management consultant who works with organizations to improve employee performance during times of significant change. |

Julianne Bosch Julianne Bosch has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Arizona, a Master of International Management (MIM) from Thunderbird-The American Graduate School of International Management, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from California Coast University. She is fluent in Spanish and has been involved with the Women Against Violence organization in Mexico City. Julianne is the wife of Albert C. Bosch, president of BeautiControl. She and Albert are parents to Sofia, Alexander and Isabel. |

Kenneth Kracmer Kenneth Kracmer is the managing partner and director of public relations at HCK2 Partners. A 16-year marketing communications veteran, Kenneth leads the firm’s new business development and PR account service team across the multiple industries that the agency serves. Kenneth holds an M.B.A. from Dallas Baptist University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas A&M University. Affiliations include: former communications chair for Dallas A&M Club, active member of DCFR (Dallas Committee for Foreign Relations), active member of the Dallas Round Table, supports the National Lymphoma and Kidney Foundation, Susan G. Komen Foundation and active member in his church. |

Martha Rocha Martha is a Director at DCI Group, where she is a member of a Texas team that handles government affairs, strategic communications and community relations outreach for energy client based in Dallas. A Dallas native, Ms. Rocha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and a Paralegal certification from Southern Methodist University. An active community leader, Ms. Rocha has served on the boards of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce. She has also been recognized for her business leadership and volunteer efforts. Ms. Rocha is a member of the Dallas-Fort Worth Hispanic 100. |

Judy Mynett Ward For the last seventeen years, Judy has served both individuals and businesses in the Dallas community as a financial advisor for New York Life and registered representative for NYLIFE Securities LLC. Judy graduated from S.M.U. with a B.B.A. She has been a board member of the North Texas Chapter of the National Committee on Planned Giving for the last five years and has served as their treasurer for the last four. She continues to serve on the Planned Giving Council of the Parkland Foundation. Judy and her husband Jim are active and vocal supporters of the local nonprofit community. |

Albert C. Bosch - Board Advisor Albert C. Bosch is president of BeautiControl, Inc. Formerly with Tupperware Brands (BeautiControl’s parent company) as Managing Director in Mexico, Albert has almost 20 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in the direct sales industry. He received his master of Business Administration at Thunderbird International, where he obtained knowledge of global management. Serving Mexico, Venezuela, Spain and the United States throughout his career, he is an international business leader. He strongly believes in getting involved in the community. |

Cindy Turek - Executive
Director Cindy Turek is a past board member of the WHO Foundation and has served as its executive director for over four years. Ms. Turek held executive positions in the corporate world for over 20 years but decided to utilize her experience to help WHO further its mission of helping women and children in need. Ms. Turek has been instrumental in increasing public awareness of the WHO Foundation through events such as the WHO Holiday Children’s Shopping Spree benefiting Heart House, the annual Walk for WHO, WHO Community Services Awards, WHO grant program, and many other fundraising efforts. From 1992-1996, Ms. Turek served on the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation and for Attitudes & Attire which supports women back into the workforce. Ms. Turek holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Kutztown University. |
